[Closed] GB UP/UGS All Inclusive PCBs

Hi,

I'm starting a new PCBs GB for Cheff's UP amp and UGS "All Inclusive". The GB has just started on the french forum HCFR.

There are 2 kits : first one with every double sided pcbs, second one with the remaining ones.

Closed, PCBs in production. I will received them around 5th october.

Double-sided kit :

UP (everything) :
-Amp boards (x2)
-Small caps PSU (x2)
-Trigger (x1)
-Vu (x1)

UGS AI :
-UGS (x2)
-Motherboards (right and left)
-µC (x1)
-Logic PSU (x1)
-Triggers (input and output)
-Subwoofer (x1)
-Programmer (x1)

Finishing : 70um copper, 1.6mm thick, HASL, BLACK soldermask

Single-sided kit:
-UGS AI PSU board
-UGS AI XLR/RCA boards (right and left)

Finishing : 35um copper, 1.6mm thick, HASL, BLACK soldermask

It is not possible to order just one board from one kit.
Kits will be delivered on panels, as follows :

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Single-sided kit is another panel.
Depanelization should be done by yourself. Minimum space between 2 boards is 200mil (4.5mm). The whole board is around 15"*19" (38*48cm).
No V-cutting/Tab routing etc.

Aimed prices:
D kit : 5 orders - 75€ + shipping
...........10 orders - 65€ + shipping
S kit : 5 orders - 35€ + shipping
..........10 orders - 20€ + shipping
Shipping is from France.

Depanelization should not be hard. A saw is ok. A dremel might be a better choice. There is, in my own opinion, enough space to feel confident. Some extra care is still better obviously :) Just take a piece of paper, draw 2 lines with 4.5mm space between each, you'll see it is OK.

Boards are 1.6mm thick, 2 oz (75 µm) copper, FR4 TG140.

Here is the schematic for the UGS All Inclusive and the 2 missing PCBs:

A French fellow noticed I forgot one PCB to program the Atmega64 on the µC board. It will be added soon :) (price unchanged)
