Lenco Plinth plans

Ok, the plans I got are from Lencoheaven. Looks like this... there are 7 layers in this plinth.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

I got a quote from boxercnc for $99 initial setup and $25 per cut baltic birch sheet (8' x 4') (doesn't include cost of the material). This would yield about 7 units.

They would then need to be glued - need to find someone to do this (or shipped them unfinished).

Then I got a quote from Finishpropaints for $55 each unit to finish them which includes sanding, sealer and a top coat.

Prices will vary, these quotes have expired.

I was hoping to get these units finished at about $100 a piece. If there is enough interest, I'll reopen discussions with cnc & finishers.

Ok, here's the signup sheet. Just add your name to the sheet, when I get enough interest I'll open up discussions.

Quick note, RAW means, you want 7 layers to finish yourself (if your handy at wood working) - Finished in - means you want something completely finished and painted in your preference.

PM with your address if you'd like to know an upfront shipping cost - shipped / tracked and insured by Canada post.

I'll allow a pick up as well if your in the GTA.

Ok, I'll update situation.

I'll need at least total of 7 people interested in the development of these plinths. That is the yield 2 sheets of mdf will provide.

The initial quote from boxer was $99 initial setup, $25 per cut mdf sheet. I'd have to price the mdf.

I would need to find someone who would then glue these layers together ($unknown).

I've have pro paints lined up to paint these units at about $55 / unit.

But again, until 7 people sign up on the spreadsheet, I will again reach out and get this all priced up.

5 more to go. Hoping these would be ~ $100 + (shipping extra).

Thanks,
Joe
