My package contained BC327-25, not -40.
I cannot match N-P.
Any advice?

Thanks

Ulf

After a short overview,
the vast majority is 40.

+ 1. (Most of the 327s [~90%] were -25s])
Interestingly, the 327/327-40s I had bought from Reichelt "back when",
measure near the lowest permissive numbers (250 for -40s ) . Mostly around 275 or around 300 !
(Measured with Atlas DCA55 , handled with plastic rather than metal tweezers)
Seems I have to get me some more 327-40s and 337-40s , too.

Atlas I noticed mesure a bit low
To bread board the 5 Vcircuit published by hesensr takes 5 minutes
I mesured the ones I have with that and IMO that is a good reference for all

I have loads of BC327-40 well over 520 my batch of BC337 is mostly around the 500 mark
If you get stuck Just PM
