Here is another one Diy stile
Rubber sheet cut in to circles and srrink sleeve to keep them togheter.

Epoxi resisin is not needed realy

Not only cheap, they can be tuned with or whitout epoxy and with number of circles or rubber type .
screws or nuts or duble sided stiky tape avvaliable depending on what is in one draw

Santa Claus was early this year an brought a package from hesener
