We reached the 60 mark !!
God! Lot of SMD (SOT-23) FET matching ...... The measurement is not difficult, but the marking is !!!!!!!!! ![]() Patrick

Hi Patrick. There is a BOM somewhere for the SMD and TH components to be bought separately?
![]() OK the inductors, ok the 150p caps, but the rest seems rather dissimilar to JG schem v3.1 |

The values are public knowledge as indicated in the schematics.
The recommended type and procurement source will be distributed with each PCB in paper form. We do not particularly want to help people copying them and offer on ebay before us. Patrick

At the moment, Mouser has 261 inductors in stocks.
At the current 60 mark, that will be 120 Fastrons already. I don' have the equipment to match (at least for now) but can certainly help out to sweep all of them and reship to whoever can match them up. Go for it??

All you need is something simple like this for matching :
Amazon.com: Sinometer MS8222H Digital Multimeter & LCR Meter: Home Improvement Patrick

I have a similarly cheap LCR meter and 4 of these inductors with me.
It didn't quite work when I switched to the 20mH settings. I thought it was just a POS. However, once I switched to the 200mH, it did produce result. I got readings of 18.8, 18.9, 19.0, 19.5. Are these readings good enough? If so, I am good to go. This will be a lot easier than matching transistors :-) just not sure how many to order. I suspect the reason why 20mH setting didn't work was due to the initial spike of the inductance at the beginning. I suppose I get what I paid for :-)

That is good enough.
You want to match to say 1%, and with 18.x you have resolution to 0.5%. Matching passives are easier than FETs. BJTs are also easier. I think if you order 150 you should have enough pairs, with some left for late comers. And you are becoming GB leader for the inductors. ![]() Patrick
