I'm in.... Patrick...

I've been quite long do not check DIYAudio forum..., is there still the group buy run for your ES9022 DAC? Also, would it be good if I bypass the SPDI/F receiver and feed in I2S directly from async USB-I2S converter, or do you still recommend to use the 8804 receiver first?

Just amended my order

Approximate parts cost for the BOM above for 1 board (incl inductors) works out ~€6 or so. So I still need to check to see if that is incl or excl VAT (sales tax) and customs etc etc. But suffice to say the parts for 1 stereo board ain't gonna cost that much. I also need to estimate postage costs from me back out to the various countries with/without tracking. Based on past experience I'd image we are looking at ~€12-13 for the full kit for one stereo board minus tracking which usually adds €3-4.

> Question, is this buffer compatible and useful for the JP/Subbu ES9023+WM8804 DAC

Jean Paul was the third on top of the subscribers list ??
You should ask him.

> what is the current demand for the filter and what would you suggest for a PSU for it?

About +/-9V, 24~32mA, depending on the Idss of the JFETs, for stereo.

> Batteries or shunt, or is the PS not so critical?

If you ask me, of course batteries. :)

Hi Patrick,

I thought Joachim's schematic had +/- 15V?

Regards
