We have been asked what if the coils are not 18mH but 16mH ?

The inductor and the resistor after that forms a L-R filter.
In an L-R filter, L/R should be held constant (determines the corner frequency).
Thus if your L is 16mH, maybe you should consider using 16k instead of 18.7k.

When will these be shipped?

We shall collect money, then buy FETs and PCBs, then match them (8x65 =>500 FETs).
Then solder them according on the PCB, then test them ....

So realistically, some time in May.
