You guys start to make me feel guilty. I want this power supply in its final carnation ASAP as much as you do too. My companion Subbu should have the time to test if our power supply lives up to the promise. We also learn the hard way how group buys work and what effort must be done to please every participant and to make things ready in time. Yes it sometimes feels like having a second job !

As an example I can tell I am still waiting for my rev. 2 DAC boards. My experience tells me I will be the last of the bunch getting them :D Try to think positive: we do our best to give you the opportunity to experience very good Hi-Fi for a modest price. It takes time and if there will be another opportunity we will probably do things differently.

Respect to Subbu and Phil for making this happen. These guys will have hard skin on the hands and a tongue of leather after licking all these envelopes. For myself: why on earth didn't I just choose for a standard 7805 or LM317 design ? Oh I remember again ...

I can't split the order as some parts are provided from another supplier than Mouser's.

I'm convinced we'll have "the best state of art" PSU for this project and, that everyone is doing his best.
As you said Jean Paul, " it's only audio ", to me it's pleasure, even if it takes more time than expected.

Don't exaggerate Phil ;), it is a good power supply with modest part count and an ancient chip. I think that is what makes it charming (besides its technical merits).

Back to meditation as I have an emotional problem that my boards haven't arrived yet.

You mentioned in the spreadsheet that PSU BOM has been already published, but I can not find it. Also, what about PCB for PSU - will unixdeveloper start another GB for this?

Hi Jacek, Dufus and all

PSU BOM is actually still under improvment, that's why it hasn't been published yet.
Minor details on parts choice are to be fixed before Subbu can post it.
Same scenario for the transformer, I've got no definitive brand nor specs.
Reminder : Transformer is excluded from GB parts

Thanks for the guys who have paid, please to hurry up for others who haven't ;)
