Should be here in a week -- they cost (with NJ Sales Tax and shipping here) about $0.65 each -- Shipping to EU is probably $2.60 via First Class Mail -- PayPal ex US is 3.9% plus an FX fee of $0.51-- so here's what I propose.

1 pieces = ($0.65 + $2.60)*1.039= $4.48 + $0.51=$4.99
10 pieces = ($6.50+ $2.60)*1.039= $9.45+ $0.51=$9.96
20 pieces = (13.00+2.6)*1.039=$16.21+$0.51=$16.72

Let me know your interest, don't send anything until they arrive.

Twenty BSP149 confirmed.

@EUVL: jackinnj mentioned here that Arrow and Digikey in the US would have them in stock.

The next question is whether they are BSP149-L6906 (Idss grouped) or BSP149-L6327 (random).

If L6906 then I might be interested in 40.

The L6906 is currently unobtanium. If you are using the 2 MOSFET CCS you can trim the value of the current setting resistor -- isn't difficult.
