I got a quotation from the manufacturer. now we are at ~58boards and it will require 3 panels (20 boards per panel) costing 96euro each.

60 boards = 3x96 euro + shipping (+20% VAT if I'll have them shipped to Italy) -> 6.8euro/brd

if we can reach 124 boards we can cut down the costs to 300euro (a single big panel) for 124 boards

124 boards = 300 euro + shipping (+VAT) -> 3.4euro

prices would be a bit cheaper if shipped to USA but I will stay here until the end of July.

C'MOOON .. where are all the buyers that got the IXYS fets from the other GB? I can easily increase my qty if there are enough buyers to reach the price break.

I forgot to mention ... those boards can be used as load over the anode and under the cathode: the two CCS are completely independent

I have ordered 40 pcs. of IXTP01N100D and no DN2540. I'm planning to use CCS 2 pcs. of IXTP01N100D on tube cathode. So I think I can not use this PCB.

Hi Gian,

If it helps to reach 120 boards I will take 12. If interest is low I may have to cut back to 6 boards only.

Sugarn you can ... I am modifying the PCB so you can use TO92 or TO220 devices for the lower fet. I will post the mod on monday.
