Sorry, but have to ask. Is each meaning all three boards(2 positive and 1 negative) or is it just one board price? And is it possible to order one negative and one positive board?

hello, from the GB list i take that there is no BiB or Blue Edition of the Mez layout wise. If i want to push the orig. Mez should i use BiB or the BlueEdition as a shunt? Or should i just keep to the Mez?

Use the Mez from diyA store if you want its original tone.

I understand that after your calculated current draw you should find a voltage from the ID/VGS curve under the text in the guide. But then i don't exactly understand how to calculate the rest with the leds and such...

Worked for me on the last one I built.

Oh, i totally missed that calculator, helped alot!
One question then - approx how much "extra" current (above the circuit usage) should you normally have? I'm asking because my circuit will probably use around 5V/700-800mA.

100-200mA extra is very good headroom for good impedance.

When calculating i can choose too have all D102A-D104 populated, but if i have all of them i need higher wattage value of the R101, so i wonder - why would i want to run more than three diodes there?

9610's Vgs rises to a point that leaves too little voltage difference for you to easily set current if you target >0.4A. So 4 leds help you better in your case.

I have two circuits one that i will run with a 15v transformer 350mA circuit (450mA CCS), since i will need 5v vdrop i probably can run 13v output at max. Then the second circuit i had calculated wrong, that one will run 5v 550mA (650mA CCS). Should i use 4-leds for both of them?

Yes, both are falling in the ''4 are easier for setting'' region.
