Tom: you need a Speaker-Protection PCB for each speaker.
You can either use 1 transformer (2 x 25 VAC secondary, about 300W) and 1 PSU or you can use 2 transformers (2 x 25 VAC secondary, about 200W each) and 2 PSUs.
The second solution provides some "power independence" of one channel opposite to the other channel, but costs more and takes more space in your case.
