I think I should make things easy for Davide. I will opt for option 2 as well.

Default Somewhat OT - but interesting!

Hi,

we are now reaching an interesting time point at which you would pay approximately the same price for an oz. of rhodium, platinum or gold (US$1850 to 1870). I would like to draw your attention to this comparative chart:

Kitco

You will notice a huge decline of the rhodium price. Furthermore, the doubling of the gold price since 2008 looks almost horizontal in this chart.

Just out of curiousity: Does anyone know the prices for rhodium or gold plated Furutech connectors in 2008?

I am wondering. Why is a rhodium connector better than a gold one??

Am I the only one that wants a matching Furutech counterpart for the FI-10 R?

So all all other builders will put 1 dollar Bulging main plug in it and be very happy at the same time ?

I have suggested FI-11 and FI-15 before.

Out of experience, would you happen to have any suggestions for a terminated power cord (or cord + connectors) with a reasonable price/quality ratio considering the rest of the build?
Also I was wondering which type of internal wiring will be suitable for the build.
Cheers,
Nic
