Group Buy: SST03 Soft start for toroidal transformers
I have put up a wiki page for my SST03 soft start group buy.

What are the differences regarding SST02?
Thanks, |
I have made adjustments for 110 VAC. C1 and C2 (the black caps) are changed to 680 nF.

PA:
Are there any practical limits on the SST03 in terms of the wattage of the transformer? In other words, are its traces able to handle a 1000 VA toroid? Regards, Scott |
Yes, 1000 VA is OK.
|
I'm closing this offer in the beginning of April so hurry up.
|
With the low quantities on the GB, is this still a go? I just found it and am definately in for 2 boards and connectors.
|
I haven't decided yet. 12 pcb's aren't much.
|
Have you posted the existence of this GB over on the Pass Labs page? There might be some more demand from there. That is what I could use them for. 750VA 18V primary transformers for F4s right now, but Aleph AX in the future and then who knows what. I am building seperate power supplies that I can use for any of Neslon's ~22 V rail designs.

I avoid cross posting, no I haven't.
