I was looking for the SJEP120R063A device which is intended for audio.

I don't have any of these. They are going to be about 65 bucks each I believe.

How many of R085 do you have then?

about 9-10 pairs.

The numbers written on them are 16 34 43 58 80 82 88 91
Have I read the numbers correctly?
16 34 43 58 don't look like two well matched pairs to me.

I am out of R100's. I am considering ordering R100A's fairly soon.
They should offer a 15% percent discount as advertised over the R100's.
I've got about 10 pairs for spoken for so far. Looking for other potential people who want to get these. This will guage when and how much to order.

I dont think I can meet the newark pricing, but it should drop the price of the transistor 5 dollars or so.

The thing is, they get a good price, and it doesn't even look like they stock them.

Digikey was able to do this with IXYS's, beating the price of about anyone else and still ordered from vendor.

Uncertain for now, but they are selling 15 percent less than the R100's.
Last cycle, they had a price increase to 70.00 a pair from me, I am hoping to go 60.00 or under for the R100A's per matched pair.

Well, I tried to replace the light bulb in the Delite with a CCS.
Unfortunately, my CCS circuit was wrong and I lost two devices
in the process. If only I were a brighter bulb...

Tea-bag and I spoke about doing another GB. I would be willing
to help with the GB, especially because I need those parts.
The IXTH20N50D is a pretty special part and you can build Paul
Hynes SE1 and CIRC1 amps with it.

I'm in for 10 parts, minimum. Anybody else interested?

Well, as a gain less follower, a pre with plenty of gain will complement that design real well.

Don't you think the circuit can have a much higher output power with another depletion mode MOSFET there? I wish a pair of depletion mode MOSFET can kicks out 100W class A at 8 ohms. Does it exist?
