Well, I tried to replace the light bulb in the Delite with a CCS.
Unfortunately, my CCS circuit was wrong and I lost two devices
in the process. If only I were a brighter bulb...

Tea-bag and I spoke about doing another GB. I would be willing
to help with the GB, especially because I need those parts.
The IXTH20N50D is a pretty special part and you can build Paul
Hynes SE1 and CIRC1 amps with it.

I'm in for 10 parts, minimum. Anybody else interested?

I have started another spreadsheet for Depletion FETs and SemiSouth's devices.
I've been getting a number of inquiries, and I am out of all the devices currently.

Does that price include shipping? If yes, would the price for 5 pairs be different?

no shipping is generally 6 to 8 dollars. depending on quantity. I will have to write that in.

Do you have a price on the R085 depletion mode devices yet? I didn't see it in the spreadsheet.

I do not, I would assume they are going to be between 65-70 dollars a pair, based on the one's I bought earlier this year.

I will give them a ring and see what their current qoute is from this. Hopefully the price has dropped (for both SemiSouth's)

Hello , I have just 6 of them . And I would like a couple of pairs matched , they need it .

No, I haven't tried out the 6N50D2 yet. I will though, soon. How do they compare in your opinion?

I nixed the Ixys part of the order, as I just ordered 10 of the parts myself. I upped the Semisouth part of the order to 3 pairs from 2. How many pairs will be needed before an order can be placed, and when do you need the swag?
