Okay, talked to Digikey this morning.
The IXTH20N50's have arrived, but were waiting for the remainder ofthe 6N50D2's to arrive. I asked for the 20N50s to ship now.
The 6N's are due end of May now, so shipping first week of June.
I can do partial shipment's to those who ordered a mixed shipment and have not recieved their parts.
Of course those with N50 orders will ship soon.

I will try to also get ETA on SemiSouth devices.

They are for sale, I have not sold all I orderd, many have paid already, but I don't have them yet. We are in the middle of a 3-month backlog from SemiSouth. We are due for an update.

Looks like they will ship from Mississippi the week of May 17th.

I don't think so yet.
If demand becomes apparent than yes. The 65ND2's can be ordered in smaller quantities. We gotta order 60 of the 50D's.

All the Depeltion Fet's are in, and most have shipped.
The SemiSouth's are in, all matched, and will ship soon.
