This is our mistake. :-(
We have not updated the bom.
Sorry for this.

If this do not make a big inconvenince for you may try to solder BCX56-16 transistors. Even they are at the edge of pcb pad´s we managed to solder them ok.
The code of the right component is BCP56-16 which is in SOT223

Hi Danzup,

I have bought the AVRispMKII, with a 6 pin connector.
I don't want to damage the processor, could you please inform me what i
must do to change the firmware into LED.

1 - I have connect the PC to the AVRispMKII

must the R2R board must be connected to the main power?
or not connected.

i want to adjust my remote control, you mention in tread"7" Just set the jumper and start to push buttons on your remote. When done, confirm and remove jumper.
wich jumper is this. Because when i push the remote button nothing happens

i have an universal Philips remote SBCRU865.
or do you have the direct code.

Remote set is a function who will be available in a future firmware release and basically you'll be able to set up volume-controller with any remote.
This means that volume-controller will learn your Remote set. Just set the jumper and start to push buttons on your remote. When done, confirm and remove jumper.
For the time been you need to stick to RC5 code. In other words, you need an remote who knows RC5 code. As this is a standard Philips code, any universal remote set should satisfy your needs.

universal Philips remote SBCRU865 and SRU7140
do you know the philips code i can program the code into my remote
or do you have a picture of the remote that does work.

Suppose, it's something else wrong not Philips code.
F.E. I have to be very attentive with my Philips TV remote not to put in (or out)
also my preamp (which has the same Philips remote code) - and vice-versa.

No I can try the different codes for Cable on Orion and Philips
why you choose for an CBL receiver, it's an board for an preamplifier!

'On a universal IR Remote do a scan till the controller power up and that is the code'' Yes i have try this also, keep the board in stand by and scan have try this only on TV not on cable. let you know.
