The pads are clean enough but I think this is about soldering temperature and soldering time. The pcb has thick copper.

That could be quite possible as I am a little new to diy audio, with this being the second main project.

What temperature would you recommend I set the soldering Iron too for best results?

You can use up to 450 deg C for those parts that are connected to the groundplane. 350-400 deg C is normal I should think.

Ok I had it set to 360 deg C.. So I will try again with the temperature increased and see if that solves my problems..

2 pcb's left.

If there is any interest for more boards I'll consider a new group buy after the summer.

Hi Peranders, I would be interested in 4 pc of PA150 if you're going ahead with a new GB. Thanks.

Hello,
I have a question regarding the filter caps on the backside of the pa150 pcb. am i connecting one cap between pins 4 and 7, and the other cap between pins 5 and 7. (7 being ground, 4=V- and 5=V+)
What about pin 1, which is also V+?
I've tried following shine7.com (alexw88) pa150 backside photo but the caps cover the connections in question. I also looked at this photo, which doesn't seem to have the same connections:
http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/attac...0-backside.jpg

if anyone could point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it
