The old avatar was from 1990. With a new forum look, I thought an "update" could be nice; I'm 47 now and this pic was taken few weeks ago

I really like this new portrait - it's intense and "real"...
Time to start using an avatar for myself, too...

Oh, and thanks for the very nice Aleph-JX boards!

Thank you.

For some ideas about the X version configuration, check the attached schematic. I'll be experimenting here myself as well, so cannot provide any proven solutions yet.

Thanks Peter
SNAP for age

I get the feeling a colour photo might add a little tonal warmth to your personality in keeping with your perceived on-line persona???

crikey my use of language for everyday chit chat is sounding more and more like diyaudio lingo!!

It might, but if you have ever met Peter Daniel in person (I have), he has this intense side which clearly is seen in the level of quality that goes into his products. It's this look of perfection. I have seen this in a lot of my Polish colleagues. When they are going for something, nothing stops them. And they complete it clean, no scraps anywhere. For Peter, that's Audiosector.

I think the B/W avatar looks way cool. Its intense, refreshing, serious but at the same time open to new ideas.

That sums him up from an audio standpoint. Next time I'm in Mississauga, I'll be dropping in

Anand.
