at your pics of F5 seems that you use only 25000 uF per rail of monoblock Is that sufficient
also Isn't It 300VA Plitron too much for monoblock

Yes, 25,000uF per rail works fine for me. In fact I had this setup with a single 300VA Plitron shared between 2 channels and it worked fine too.

As to 300VA transformers, I have bunch of them purchased a while ago, that's why using those. Besides, 300VA seems like a nice overall choice, either for dual mono or stereo.

I have approx 50 sets of F5 amp boards still available and 10 of F4.

No PS boards anymore.
