These are very nice. I was the lucky recipient of a pair thanks to the kindness of a fellow DIY'er. I would vote for a second round. I use mine every day.

I built up my amps. I zero'd the offset with the pot at the min. Trouble is, my dcoffset is varying with volume.

Any ideas?

sounds like the volume pot is acting like a variable resistor on the front end of the power amp.
The input needs a DC block if the volume pot is not buffered to near zero ohm source impedance.
