PCB and Trans GB for UGS and the "All inclusive" Variant [DEADLINE : Feb,16th 2008]

There is an actual PCB GB on the french Forum HCFR for the UGS preamplifier (Nelson Pass original design and CheefdeGaar "variation")

I have already post about that on the UGS Adventure thread.

But as announced in the thread, I open a new GB here, because the audience may be larger, and the original thread is not the ideal place to follow your request.

The GB is closing on Saturday 16th Feb 2008 00.00CET (central european time), terms of ordering and payment methods will be detailled soon.

As many of you don't speak or understand French, but have followed Cheef's "UGS adventures" on this forum, I have proposed myself to be the "hub" for this GB.

This actual GB is proposing the following:

• - Complete PCB kit
  The complete PCB kit to build the "All inclusive" UGS preamplifier described in the "UGS adventures" topic (and the corresponding French topics at http://www.homecinema-fr.com/forum/v...php?t=29861708 , http://www.homecinema-fr.com/forum/v...php?t=29854002 , http://www.homecinema-fr.com/forum/v...php?t=29826494 which are still very active)
  As we have worked on PCB panelisation, the kits are not splittable (but cheap !!). One kit is made of the following 13 x PCBs:
  - 1 x PCB uC ; 180.10 x 63.4mm² FR4 35um 2Cu, 2SM, 1SilkScreen.
  - 1 x PCB Prog uC ; 48.45 x 36.10mm² FR4 35um 2Cu, 2SM, 1SilkScreen
  - 1 x PCB right audio mother board; 159.25 x 98.40 mm², FR4 35um 2Cu, 2SM, 1SilkScreen
  - 1 x PCB left Audio mother board; 159.25 x 98.40 mm², FR4 35um 2Cu, 2SM, 1Silkscreen
  - 1 x PCB XLR right; 163.6 x 48.30 mm²; FR4 35um 1Cu, 1SM, 1 SilkScreen
  - 1 x PCB XLR Left;163.6 x 48.30 mm²; FR4 35um 1Cu, 1SM, 1 SilkScreen
  - 1 x PCB Logical power Supply ; 59.5 x 34.6 mm²; FR4 35um 2Cu, ,2SM, 1 SilkScreen
  - 1 x PCB Inputs Trigger ; 62.5 x 29.15 mm²; FR4 35um 2Cu, 2SM, 1 SilkScreen
  - 1 x PCB Amps trigger; 62.5 x 29.15 mm²; FR4 35um 2Cu, 2SM, 1 SilkScreen
  - 1 x PCB SubWoofer; 85.10 x 25.05 mm²; FR4 35um 2Cu, 2SM, 1 SilkScreen
  -1 x PCB External Power Supply for all inclusive UGS ; 217.80 x 99.45mm², FR4 35um, 1Cu, 1SM, 1 Sérigraphie
  - 2 x PCB UGSv3, 55.12 x 37.35 mm², FR4 35um, 2Cu , 2SM, 1 SilkScreen
  All the PCBs are gold finished (oxydation free and easy soldering)

  The individual price for the kit is depending on the global quantity dependant but with the actual interested people, we are around 40euros/kit, excluding shipment and bank or paypal fees.
  Minimum quantity = 1 kit.
  

• - Simple UGS PCB
  You can order single UGS Pcbs (rev3), from the same design as above. These can be used for example for those who want to build a more simple preamp (with the same audio quality ) with a rotary switch and a potentiometer.
  - 1 x PCB UGSv3, 55.12 x 37.35 mm², FR4 35um, 2Cu , 2SM, 1 SilkScreen
  Note: 2 of these PCBs are already included in the kit above (they are the audio "heart" of the preamp).
  Price : around 4 euros/pcb (actual price, global qty dependent),excluding shipment and bank or paypal fees
  Minimum qty = 1 PCB

• - Simple power supply for UGS boards
  This is a power supply board designed to supply the UGS of your system.
  It is interesting if you want to build a more simple preamp than the all inclusive (fo which different PS boards are supplied in the kit)
  - 1 x PCB Single Power Supply, 162.40 x 62.10 mm², FR4 35um, 1Cu , 1SM, 1 SilkScreen
  Price : around 6 euros/pcb (actual price, global qty dependent), excluding shipment and bank or paypal fees
  Minimum qty = 1 PCB

• JFETS
  we know that populating these UGS is like a nightmare (especially to supply reliable 2SJ109 and 2SJ309), I want to inform you that there is a also a GB for these components on the same french forum (http://www.homecinema-fr.com/forum/v...php?t=29870748).
  The GB is managed by Serjac (amateur also) which has already supplied the French Diyers with 4 JFET GB since last November with no problem.
  He has changed the deadline of his GB to match the deadline of the present PCB GB (Feb 16th 2008, 00:00CET)
  
  He proposes the following grades and prices
  - 2SJ109V at 7.72euros/part, min qty =1 pce.
  - 2SK389BL at 4.25euros/part, min qty = 1 pce
  
  I also propose myself to act as the hub for this GB, and to group for the non french speaking diyers the orders for the PCBs and the JFETs.

Shipment price is depending on shipment adress. I'll propose simple mail or registered mail with optionnal insurance.

I want also to advertise that I'm not making any business on this GB ! (PCB supplying or component sourcing is not my job). I'm only an "amateur".

If you are interested, please complete the thread with a list, with your pseudo, followed by your request on the same line + your country for shipment calculation and your preferred payment option.

I'll adjust the PCB prices bit by bit (following the number of request and price calculation because the PCB are panelised).

I think that this GB is just for PCB set and Jfets, not for other needed parts.
And the UGS PCB is included on the Complete Set / All Inclusive.
