Yeah that VGA box will work. There isnt much info on the site but im assuming that it has standard composite RCA jacks (the yellow, red, and white A/V jacks) along with S-video for input. At least thats what i get from looking at the picture. If you were looking at something that will output with better quality check out this review. Keep in mind that the VD-Z3 that is in the review will only accept a component video input, so if your DVD doesnt output component (which it should if its worth anything) then dont get this box. Hope this helps.

Default What Will and Won't Work???

Hi, I have just acquired an ovation 810 and I have bought what i thought would allow me to connect a dvd player to it. Its called an RGB to RGBHV scart sync seperator. It also says for 15.6kHZ video input only. The guy in the shop said it would work and it says it is suitable for video projectors on the back but the panel just displayed a black screen which flickered intermitantly. I am assuming this is not the correct type of converter since the panel worked fine from my pc VGA ouput but can someone explain to me why? Is it to do with the limited resolution of the 810? What should i look out for if i buy another? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks for your help.
