changing resolution to 640 480 in xp

does anyone knoe how to change resolution to 640 480 in xp it only goes down to 600 800

i used to run windows 98 before which was fine but now i am running xp i can tget the resolution right for my ask impact21

any idea's

pjnoodles,

In the settings screen (where you change the resolution)
go to 'Advanced'-> Adapter. Click on "Display all modes".
There you should be able to change it.
