Note that the ADC is only working at 96khz here, but the DACs are going at 192. Helps to illustrate how distortion increases with increasing sample frequency. Third order goes up by a tiny bit, but the main culprit is second order. Suffice it to say there's no real worry about using these chips at a higher sampling frequency. At worst all you're really doing is letting more innocuous 2nd order through.
