I've had these speakers hanging around for a little bit...and I'm starting to think about building a 2nd system/system for my laptop.
http://www.carstereos.org/gallery/sh...p?i=4174&c=189 Just based on looks alone, I'd say this driver from PE is damn close: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showd...number=264-814 So assuming they're one and the same, what enclosures would work for these? I kind of want to keep them relatively small, no six foot high pipes for this project ![]() Or am I just wasting my time with these, and would be better served feeding them to the 1.4kW @ 4 ohm monster that lives in my vehicle...

They sure look like TBs... are they 3 or 4"?
I'd say it is probably worthwhile playing with these... and chance of measuring them? dave
