What might something like this do?

Its about 18" wide by 16" deep and assuming 12" tall (fits a space I have). Also assuming a 4"-5" fullranger to be named later. The tapered opening is about 1:8 of the area the driver occupies and the flaired opening is 2:1. Going by MJK's allignment tables, and assuming the total line length of about 58" can be used, the flaired opening should be tuned to 65-70Hz and the tapered to about 35-40Hz.

First off, should this do anything worthwhile at all? If so would it provide a boost around 70Hz with a final rolloff starting around 40Hz (assuming an appropriate driver? Or am I just looking at an odd noisemaker?
