This is my first posting on the fullrange part of this forum.
These speakers are NOT fullrange, I prefer to call them WIDE-Range ( ~~50 Hz- 8KHz ), so I will need a tweeter !!

Only pics for the moment, they are playing!!

Took about one kilo of glue to complete them.

This is a detail from the inside.I decided to make the curve a bit more smooth.

Soldering the speakers, they are damarised, 2 coatings.
Watch the huge magnet 100x25 mm , for a 5 inch speaker!!

OK, I'll bite. Did you design these cabinets yourself, or are they an existing Fostex / Nagaoka design?

They are a modified Nagaoke design.
Fostex is hard to get in Holland

They are experimental but show great potential to my ears.
Have to get some fostex speaker.!!

What the heck are the large speakers about...? they look very nice indeed also...

The large speakers are a 3-way d'Appolito.
Mid part is a VIFA variation on Tony Gee's cubs, the 2 woofers are 10 inch carbon.(top and bottom)
3-way 6dB serial filter , and They sound very BIG.
Each tower is three parts , total of the 3 parts ; more then 80 kilo;s.
They are bitumen and Lead reinforced and sound very dead, wich means ALIVE !!!
Have been working (and listening ) now for 3 years, time for this new project.
