I have searched through the forum on the Tang Band w4-1052sa $19.00 on sale at PE. I keep on finding references to the gem-tac glue ring mod. All I can find are broken links to MarkMck's site. The only discription for a glue ring mod was

Next apply a thin bead of GemTac glue to the cone as shown in the picture. The glue ring is made from a bead of glue .75 to 1 mm in diameter and three mm in from the inside diameter of the surround.

for another tang band driver (TB881S). The quote was on page two of

markmck's Tang Band mods

Does anyone know how to do this mod. please . If there are any other good mods for this driver please share.

Ok I finally found this. The glue mod explained. Sorry
I'm a newb.

MarkMck states: The center of the glue ring is nine mm in from the inside diameter of the surround. The glue ring is two mm wide. Lay down a 1.5 to 2 mm bead of the GemTac glue.

Would I be correct in assuming the ring is a complete circle?

I am still interested in any other mods, very interested in any prefilter or eq circuits.
