Karlson Tuned Pipe project 90%

I have just finished the cabinet and installed my EV SP12B driver's last night. I didnt have the top sealed yet becuase I'm waiting for the binding posts...anyway, I couldnt wait and decided to hook them up. RIght off the bat - Very spacial, very effecient(I'm betting better than 96) the specs on the driver are 94 and my other horns are 94 and these are playing louder), NO Bass. I had them hooked up to my FI 2a3 amp.
They werent in any corners and the top was just laying on it with the speaker wire hanging out so it couldnt close.

Tonight hopefully I will have my binding posts and some fiberglas that mounts on the top panel. Then a nice walnut stain and black grill cloth frame

Any sudgestions before I close it up? Will the bass get better when its sealed and has the fiberglass installed?
