I´m from Montevideo, too, and I have some long, long affaire with philips drivers, so it is possible that digging deep in my library I could find some specs of that driver of yours. Usually, philips woofers were designed to be used in acoustic suspension alignments, giving optimal volume as one of the few parameters in their catalogs, but fullrange ones as the 9710M and for instance AD12100M were best suited for alignments such as bass-reflex or horns, where no high x-max were needed or wanted.
