Apart from import duty and higher shipping costs I haven't found that buying from North America is an issue, and actual driver costs are often somewhat lower. Although the l-pad resistor values would be different from the AC GSsi, the CSS RT1 (aka AC APR series) should be a drop in for this design and may sound even better Creative Sound - Product Details Good luck with your build!

I too was going to suggest that one. I prefer it to the AC IIsi i've had before.

Thank you for your suggestion about CSS tweeters, it seems there are also distributors in Europe.
I have only one question since I am not an expert and I can just copy (at most): do I need to modify the crossover of the original project? Renato |

The attenuation of the tweeter will need to be reduced (if not just eliminated). One of the goals of the RT1 was to reduce the sensitivity so as to allow reduction of attenuation required to mate with the CSS midbasses/fullranges.

Is the l-pad attenuator the resistor in parallel with the driver?
I expect that this is a trivial question but if I built this speaker it will be the first crossover of my life Renato |

Hi,
Parts Express has a nice discoutnat the moment for the G2si tweeter (69$ instead of 92.45$). I think I'll take the risk of the purchase outside European Union (at least for me it is never clear what the custom duties will be) Renato |

I have some Infinity EMIT-k's and their 4th order crossover (at 4000hz) that I could use with my JX92's in the new 35" cabs. Does anybody know anything about thme as far as matching well with the Jordans?
