Phillips driver repair ?

I have a pair of vintage Phillips 9762M that are a little ill!

This driver has 3 bolts holding the magnet assimbly together.
One of the nuts under the spider fell off. I think I may be able
to unglue part of the spider and get to this nut but wanted
some feedback from someone else who has had this problem.
