I would think the Basszilla would be a fine choice.

I really don't know, but you raise a good point. Due to it's quite low Q, the 206E may not go all that low in an OB. I would think that 250 Hz would be possible, but I'm really guessing.
Given this, my earlier statement of 12 inches is probably way too small. But then, I wasn't being all that serious anyway...
I wonder if the crossover shown in the Basszilla link raises the Q.

Sounds about right to me. I suggest you also go to Martin King's website, and look at buying his MathCad worksheets. He's got a fantstic new Open Baffle one available which really is a stunner. Well worth his very reasonable asking price. I can't recommend them highly enough.
