BLH = Back Loaded Horn. A horn which is loaded by the rear wave of the driver.
Adjustable CC = a Compression Chamber (the space directly behind the driver in most Back Loaded Horns) whose volume was deliberately left adjustable so you can optimise the horn for different drivers. So, for example, you could place blanking plates inside the CC to reduce its size, or remove them to increase it.
