Ah, the Metronomes. I found out about them a few days back from the lads over on the World Designs forum. Interesting design. No mass-loading by the cab., but being floor-venting there's going to be some going on which should flatten the response out. I gather the builder is pleased with them & I'll hopefully have chance to hear them at the Eggfest in June.

Thanks. The design looks somewhat familiar but it's apparently an original design by the owner of the website linked. I was wondering what he was using for calculations.
I have something I downloaded from the WWW a long time ago for tqwp but have never actually built anything with it and so have no idea if it works.

Rules of thumb I believe. He told me he hadn't run any sims or anything, still less taken any measurements. So I very much doubt if they're anywhere near optimal. What was it you downloaded BTW Andrew?

Ah, those. Cheers for that. I remember running across them a while back. A fairly good way of establishing driver height sometimes, but that's as far as it goes -depends what you want to achieve.
