Default Do line arrays...

...benefit from being toed in, crossing in front of the listener? Or is this unnecessary due to the huge... bubble of sound each line produces.

If your brain processes sound the same way a Chamelion processes vision, with eyes apparently operating totally independent of each other, then I don't know if there is anyone on this forum that might be qualified to understand your experience with loudspeaker placements.

Now if it turns out in fact that you are not really a Lizard Brain (how am I to know?) then IME line arrays work best pointed right at the listener.

In my own defence, yes I truly am an rcavictim!

The lizard brain is the fanatic brain, the audiophile brain, the male brain, the brain that won't quit building audio equipment until perfection is achieved, understanding full well that there is no perfection. All is a tradeoff. Obsession is king ...All hail the lizard king....

I mean, thanks for the info. That is what I suspected about line arrays.
