Building Fostex 126E Help needed

I'm getting ready to build the 126E Fostex Plan that is available on the fostex swebsite as a trial into DIY speakers. Seems pretty straight forward with my a "OK" woodworking skills. My question is, I've been trying to find out a lot about damping. The plans don't say anything. Will I need to damp if so... Where in the speakers, how much to use, how to attach it.

ANY help would be appreciated. I probably will have much more as I progress.

Great site! There are so many awesome speakers you folks build. I can't wait to try a few pair.
