FE87Es in standar, Fostex bass reflex. Broke them in for a while, for anyone's interest here are some FFTs (Spectra-Foo Complete, Audix TR mic, MH Labs 2882 interface);
First, at about 100mm, slightly off axis, cabinet 2" from wall - |

Try again with a bigger image (I find diyaudio's image system very confusing);

Here it is at >100mm, free (ish) space, I can intepret the junk above 4K as room reflections coming back since the coherency is excellent;

...and finally free space at 1M. Obviously the room comes into play significantly. What interests me with all these plots is the phase shift at 2K. The response curve is exceptional but the shift could explain some of the slightly "nasaly" vocal sounds I've been detecting. Anyone's experiences vary?
