Jim Griffin's Jordan JX92S and Aurum Cantus G2si Minimonitor Design
Bern,
Well, I don't know about the Jim Griffith minimonitor design--did not know that he had one--but the Jim Griffin minimonitor uses a 1.375" inside diameter by 4.5" long port tube. It is Parts Express #260-388. Use it without the outer sliding or adjustable portion of the tube.

Bern,
My recommendation on stuffing or lining the box is similar to Brian's photo. For mine I used the 1.5" convoluted or egg crate foam on the back wall and then I wrapped the sides, top and bottom walls with 3/4" thick acoustic foam. Be sure to have complete air flow between the driver and the port.
