Australian speaker parts sources
I'm just starting out on my first speaker project (probably the Martin King FE167E design, or something based on the FE87E), but it's been something of a struggle finding good sources for parts in Australia.
For this project, I'm doing a group buy from the US to try and reduce the shipping costs (see this thread if you're interested ), but I'd love to know what resources are out there for next time round. So.... Aussie speaker builders, what are your secret parts sources? Who have you ordered from overseas with the best shipping rates? Please reveal all! I'm sure I'm not the only one frustrated by the apparent lack of choice here. Thanks in advance.... |
