Anybody used this one?
http://www.spectrumaudio.de/breit/seas/seas11FLGWD.html Cast basket, foam surround, and (as I can see from other pics on the web) machined pole piece. A whole truckload seems to have been dropped in Germany, because about four different vendors are currently selling these on ebay for abut 10€ each. These drivers are quite old. I used a pair of these 17 years ago. As I remember, they sounded very good, with just some minor problems in the lower treble. The fact that they have foam surround can be problematic since they are so old. Rubber surround last longer.
