Please help me select a FR design...

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a new FR speaker design to use in my bedroom system. They should fit in with the following components and have a very organic, sculptural architecture.

The mating sysytem:
iBook (CDP) -> wireless digital signal into Airport Express base -> Toslink to DAC -> Dared tube pre -> Dared 350b monoblocks (8w/ch)

These speakers will be replacing a pair of Abby clones (FE167E) which I just gave to a good friend. I should also note that I am a sculptor and professional woodworker so enclosures are no problem. The only requirement is a relatively small footprint and about the same budget as the Abby clones ~ $150 USD sans enclosures.

Any ideas?
