PRV Audio 10FR300PR 10" Full Range Loudspeaker 8 Ohms

Has anyone seen or heard, had practical experience ( used it in a project) of the PRV Audio 10FR300PR 10" Full Range Loudspeaker 8 Ohms ? I've been trying to acquire one but it is out of stock for sometime after it's recent launch. . I wonder how it performs against the AN 10" Full range drivers. .

That looks interesting and I have used PRV 5MR450NDY before as full range in FAST. This one reaches down for some bass but requires a huge cabinet. The peak at 10kHz might need some work or it could tear your ears off at 112dB.

no "bass" but should work in a K10 or K12 Karlson - it would have to work a bit harder than a 12-250TC

I'e hope in real life it would have a livelier midrange than Beta10cx
12-250TC played fine in a Karlson 12 with vent damped ~ blocked - I should mount it
in a K12 with 12 sq.in. hacked vent to see/hear how it does but
with no US supplier - am not too enthused.

10FR300PR's qms of 15.75 is interesting - what will that imply ?

Do you think putting a 1.5 mh coil in series would tame that rising response, or would it need also a resistor in parallel to not kill the top end?

Hmm, comparing a sealed box driver Vs a horn driver is there is no comparison unless high passed around 500 Hz to take the differing box alignments, motor strengths out of the equation.
