If those are cm then 6.1 litres
excluding the vent?
That looks like a 2-way car speaker. Any T/S numbers?

Once built there are a couple easy things to try.
I think your tuning frequency is possibly too high, something like 81Hz if your port is 2.5x19 on the front of the box (47.5cm^2 area) and 30cm long. Try making the port narrower with pieces of wood, or styrofoam, something temporary. For a 6 liter box you need a port that is roughly 17cm^2 in area to get a tuning frequency of 50Hz when it is roughly 30cm long.
If all else fails, try stuffing the port completely with a shirt.

I CAN , but its not mark and not have model so have not t/s parametrs
