Having a heck of a time finding caps that measure in fractions like 10.9- 8.58 etc.

You can be within the tolerance of the cap and be good.
If your cap is 10uf with a 2% tolerance the Cap would be appropriate for 9.8-10.2uf etc.. If 5% then 9.5-10.5uf.

You may also parallel caps to reach your needed value.
Ex: 5.6uf + 4uf paralleled =9.6uf etc.. (Again, within the stated tolerance of the Caps).

I did. Those came from a pair of Heresy's that had new crossovers installed.
