I guess this should have been posted in multi way.
Can we really call it a Dunlavy clone? It seems the fellow working on it is working for Duntech.

If you have been into audio for some time you would recall, and possibly even revere, Australian speaker manufacturer Duntech. Over the decades Australia has produced many speaker manufacturers of note, but Duntech was the pinnacle (even if the company was founded by an ex-pat American, John Dunlavy.) Even today the Duntech Sovereign is considered as one of the best speaker designs in the world.
The welcome return of Duntech loudspeakers. Len Wallis Audio Blog

So it's probably more of a back to the roots thing .
