Use a Passive Line Level XO ( PLLXO). You need to know your amplifier's input impedance. Plug it into the calculator and set the high pass freq to 100Hz. You should go with 2nd order. Will require you to order some small caps and resistors.

You may find that this attenuates the signal so you may need an input line amp. A basic 4 channel headphone fan out 1x4 is useful for driving PLLXO's.
