Default What are these Horton 12"?

Not sure if these drivers count as full range.

Picked a pair of these up from an estate auction. These are new and unused.

They are a 12" driver with a 3" high frequency driver suspended across the front.

Only ID:
Made in U.S.A. - Horton (make or county/city?)
1209 351 (model number?)
15 ohms

Pulled the cover off the back, and little Alnico magnet!

Can't find anything on the www.
I have a pair of large Goodman cabs (~250L) which are cut out for 12" drivers which i can try them in, but will keep them new and move them on if they are a PA/guitar speaker.
Any ideas?

I'll make a guess their qts is at least 1 and perhaps higher, so an open baffle would make the most sense for material, cost and performance. You might replace the tweeter caps.
